How To Organise Your Microsoft Edge And Google Chrome Bookmarks With Folders

If you would like a quick, easy way to organise all your Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser favourites or bookmarks, do this by putting them in folders.

Here is how in Microsoft Edge:

To create a favourite folder:

  • Open Microsoft Edge on your computer
  • Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser
  • From the drop down menu select Favourites
  • At the top of the Favourties drop down click on the Add Folder icon
  • Add a new folder, named for its favourites contents

Here is how in Google Chrome

To create a bookmark folder:

  • Open Google Chrome on your computer
  • Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser
  • From the drop down menu select Bookmarks, then Bookmarks Manager
  • In the new window, click on the three dots at the top right hand corner and select "Add new folder"
  • Name the new folder for its bookmark contents
