Here is how to do it:

• Define Your Brand Theme Attributes
  • Start by describing the key attributes of your brand’s theme. Is it professional, friendly, authoritative, or something else?
  • Consider any specific instructions about do’s and don’ts, such as avoiding tech or industry jargon or adjusting the tone for different audiences.
• Compile Brand Theme Guidelines
  • Open ChatGPT and input the information from step 1
  • Ask ChatGPT to compile a set of guidelines that detail how to communicate in your brand’s theme.
  • Include examples of appropriate and inappropriate phrases.
  • For instance, if you need to draft an email, provide the key information and subject / subject matter, and ask ChatGPT to create the email based on the brand theme.
• Review and Revise
  • Review the draft created by ChatGPT and make any necessary tweaks to the content to align it with your brand’s theme.
  • Apply these brand theme guidelines consistently to all other types of communications you write using ChatGPT.
