Tech Tip – Prioritise WhatsApp Messages

Would you like to be able to prioritise a particular WhatsApp message thread so that it is easily accessible?

It is pretty easy to do, you can pin a specific chat thread to the top of your chats list so that it is always easily accessible and the first thing on your list! 

Here's how to do it:

On Android

• On your mobile device, open WhatsApp
• Find the chat thread you want to pin
• Tap and hold the chat 
• Then tap the pin symbol that appears at the top of the screen
• This chat thread is now pinned to the top of the conversation lists

On Apple

• On your mobile device, open WhatsApp
• Find the chat thread you want to pin
• Swipe right on the chat you want to pin
• Tap on the pin symbol
• This chat thread is now pinned to the top of the conversation lists

Note: you can pin up to three chats in WhatsApp

Note: to unpin a chat, carry out the same steps above, but select "unpin" to remove the pinned chat thread
